I didn't receive the Order

When the Maker changes the Order status into Shipped, it will be asked to insert a tracking number that will allow you to know where the package is.

However, this information is not mandatory and depends on the shipping method the Maker chooses.

If you didn't receive the Order after a while, you can contact us by clicking the Open Dispute button in the order detail screen. We will contact the maker to understand what's happening and let you know.
