How long does the production take?

At the moment the maker doesn't have any time constraints. However, if the maker has accepted the request and proceeded with the order, means the print will go further.

If you don't see any order status progress, you can inform us by clicking the Open Dispute button in the order detail screen. We will contact the maker to understand what's happening and let you know.
