Why I don't receive Requests?

If you don't receive Requests follow these steps:

  1. Request the profile activation by our Approval process.
  2. Check you have added correctly at least a Printer.
  3. Check you have added at least a Material.
  4. Check your Configurations Payment data and Shipping.
  5. Check you have enabled the Receive requests option (read this article).

If all the previous steps are correct, consumers are not requesting you to print for other reasons such as your Feedback score, your Price, or your Location.
