I didn't receive the verification e-mail

After you verified that the e-mail address that you inserted is correct try one of these steps:

  1. Wait a couple of minutes that our system will elaborate the request.
  2. Search in the email account you used for the word DDD to find any emails we've sent you.
  3. Check your spam and promotions folders (and any email filters you've set up) to make sure the message isn't being directed away from your email inbox.

If you can't find the e-mail following the three steps above, you can try to login with your e-mail and password and ask the platform to send you another verification e-mail by clicking on the button "Send me another verification e-mail".
