Why my Order has been canceled?

If the Makers has trouble printing your object, we gave the opportunity to cancel the Order when its status is Printing.

Our Makers can be also non-professionals and the printers they use may have technical issues that can cause printing problems affecting your object.

If this happens you won't be charged a penny and the Maker will provide you reasons why the Order has been canceled. You will be able to make another Request to another Maker.
